RadioRaves DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last Updated: July 7, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Copyright
RadioRaves respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This Policy explains how to submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement and how we respond, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
2. Designated Agent
RadioRaves has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). Notices should be sent to:
Designated Agent: DMCA Designated Agent Company: Necessitie Mailing Address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA Email: anthonychimiak@gmail.com Phone: (443) 764-9308
This information is also on file with the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
3. How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe content available on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it on the Service (e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not be processed.
Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted it. Repeat violations may result in termination of the user's account, as described in Section 6 below.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which RadioRaves may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If that party does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the infringing activity, we may restore the material not earlier than 10 and not later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), RadioRaves will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
7. Contact
Questions about this Policy that are not a takedown notice or counter-notice should be directed to anthonychimiak@gmail.com, not the Designated Agent above.
