This Privacy Policy explains how Necessitie ("RadioRaves," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the RadioRaves website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

• Account Information. We use Clerk as our third-party authentication provider. When you sign up, Clerk collects and processes information such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials on our behalf.
• Uploaded Content. Audio files and related metadata (e.g., titles, artist names, tags) that you upload to the Service, and the Generated Stems and User Mashups created from that content.
• Usage Data. Information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and device/browser information.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies. See Section 5 below.
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to: operate, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate accounts and secure the Service; process uploaded audio (including automated stem separation); enable remix/mashup features between users; communicate with you about the Service; monitor and analyze usage trends; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information — Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, who process it on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes:

We retain account information and uploaded content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., backups, fraud prevention, or already-created User Mashups by other users as described in our Terms of Service).

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it.
